It looks a bit odd to my eyes - especially the lady on the right whose head seems a bit too big for her body. Could this be photoshopped? I couldn't find any other pics of the production.

They probably just airbrushed her body, which created the big head effect.

You could be right - she does seem to have a rather fuller figure when photographed for another production
