I apologize if this is a re-post. I've looked and haven't been able to find it, but since I don't know the movie's title, it's hard to say for certain.

It looks like it's from a movie. Some Japanese schoolgirls are magically stripped by... a wizard? I think?

I've seen these clips around on dailymotion and places for awhile, but have no idea what they're from. Any idea?

They're from "Maboroshi Panty vs. Henchin Pokoider."
