This is Giganta's appearance in the All New Atom #3-4. Under her real name of Doris Zuel she had moved to a small town and was teaching at a community college alongside the current Atom Ryan Choi. The town turned out to be a nexus of high weirdness, and Doris found herself under the influnece of a so called cancer god. And this is probably the least weird thing happening in the story.

In issue 101 of "Ultimate Spider-man", Gwen Stacy, who was turned into Carnage (it's a long story) get's turned back to normal and is left in a state of undress.
The last pic is an edited version. It might even be the "unedited version". Not sure.
