I'm not so sure that cast could be a fetish. If you look at the dirt on it, it looks like it has been on many days. Plus all the signatures. It would be a pretty elaborate trick to have it look like that just for kicks.

She's holding the horn right, and her embouchure is correct, so I'm guessing she knows how to play. The guys in the background don't seem to be paying any attention to her. WTF?
