My wife and I really enjoy going to reflexology. It's a chance to get a nice relaxing massage, but is cheaper and more convenient than going to a traditional massage. Most of the places we have gone give you a bath towel to cover with as well to stay warm.

My wife loves the foot massage, and they are dirt-cheap in Asia. My wife prefers the men masseuses, because they are stronger.
