Scene from the Swedish version of "Three's Company", with Lina Perned naked and wrapped in a towel. If this were an American show she would be wearing coverings underneath, but since this was made in Sweden she's really naked, as evidenced by the brief flash (and possible lip slip in the cap on the lower left
