Way back in 1995, I was interning at a major company in NYC. I used to spend my lunch breaks roaming downtown Manhattan and admiring the beautiful women. One afternoon, as I was walking past Madison Square Park, I noticed a pretty girl walking about 30 meters ahead of me. She was about 5' 2", looked to be about 24, had shoulder-length blond hair, and was wearing a light-colored sleeveless blouse and a long wrap-around skirt. I love these skirts because the can make almost any woman's ass look just a little bit cuter, and this girl seemed to have a pretty cute ass to start with. The light fabric swished back and forth really nicely as she walked. I closed the distance between us to about 4 or 5 meters.

Although skirt came down to her ankles, there was a split in the back. With every step I got a nice little flash of each calf. If you saw a girl in a swimsuit, you probably wouldn't look twice at her calves, but skirts like this can make calves very sexy! Anyhow, it was a nice little treat to enjoy her swaying ass and nicely-toned calves. I decided just to cruise along behind her for a while since I really had no place to be.

After a block or so, I noticed I was also getting a pretty good look at her knees, too. That alone is nothing special, but those of you with perverted imagination may know where this is headed! I focused all of my attention on the split of the skirt. Sure enough, after a little while, I was also getting a peek at her lower thighs! She had smooth, fair skin, and her legs were nicely toned. With every step each bare leg slipped in and out of the skirt.

Quite a bit of leg, actually. By now I could see most of her thighs. My mind was reeling. I felt like a kid on the night before Christmas! With every step this young lady took, the split grew wider and wider and the skirt slowly unwrapped itself from her body.

I held my breath as the split rose higher and higher...and there it was! A quick flash of white! And again, and again. The fabric gradually peeled apart over her tight, round ass, revealing white satin panties, slightly loose so that they rippled across her ass with every step. Each round ass cheek peeked out of the split with every step.

By the time there was about 2 or 3 inches of exposed panties, she must have noticed the draft. I was spellbound as she reached her hand back and ran it across her panties and soft ass. She gave a pathetic tug to the material, and 3 steps later, it was wide open again. Either she was in a hurry, or she couldn't fix the skirt there in public, because she began to walk faster. The skirt had unwrapped to the top of her panties. I could make out the lacy trim. The edges of the material swished on her hips, and I could watch her ass cheek flex and bounce with every step. The split was only and inch or 2 from her waist. The last defense for her modesty and decency...

I wish I could tell you that a good breeze caught her skirt like a sail, and that it flew from her. I wish I could say that she chased it down 7th avenue, blushing and whimpering in humiliation, reaching out to catch her skirt with one hand while trying to cover her soft panties with the other. Alas, that's not the way it went. She slipped into a building, probably where she worked. I would have followed her in if there wasn't a mean looking security guard in the lobby, but even from the street I could see her white panties as she waited for an elevator.
