I picked up this awesome avatar from elsewhere. But, what is it's original source? It's clearly from a video, but what?

It's a music video for Barenaked Ladies' "Wind it Up", made up of fan contributed videos. There's a few more shots of her in the video, including similarly "censored" nudity from the front.
