Yeah, but me being the paranoid person I am, now that we 'know' where he (or any other shooters) may be, all it takes is one tip to the cops to be on the lookout, and he (or anyone else) is toast. Trust me guys, it happens, cops are tipped off all the time about stuff, and it can happen with this also, even though I cannot tell you if it has happened yet.

One thing you should NEVER do is discuss 'where and when', especially publicly.

Sorry to throw ice water on you guys, but I don't want anyone to get nailed doing this, and 'advertising' is one sure way to get caught.

You guys wanna know where to go? Any airshow, or any parade - simply walk down the route and look at the folks facing the street on the opposite side.

And guys, the reason I say the above is many years ago I was down at one of our waterfall/lagoon facilities where folks like to stroll about when it's hot out, of course I had my camera with me, and I run into my neighbor milling around and he's a Cop in plain clothes.
I ask him what brings him down here, and he told me exactly what I said above: 'You wouldn't believe the guys down here trying to take pictures of ladies in compromised positions, so we have a little sting operation going on', and he motioned to me the other Cops in on it with him.
The thing is, I already spotted them and I knew something was going on so my camera never came out of the bag. And one of the ladies was a female cop.
Some guys doing this are not so perceptive, and even at that looks are deceiving.

But never park in any one place - keep moving, and try to see if anyone is tracing your moves.

You are right about parades. Though I never had a decent camera at a parade, I have seen some lovely sights across the street, especially withe sun at YOUR back. I can imagine an air show would be cool too, everyone is looking UP... so are you but up something else
