These poor quality videos, the first two of which I watched, shouldn't be on here! The people filmed have not given their permission to be in the video and probably wouldn't, they may have good reason not to want to be in the video. There is a good reason why no cameras are allowed in Cap and that is privacy - we should not encourage these perverts who secretly invade people's privacy. The more this is done the less people will trust Cap and they will stop going. If I see anybody with a camera there I break it, if I see someone acting strangely as this man obviously was, I will confront him and throw his equipment in the sea!
This forum should set some standards and not deal with anything that shows people being surreptitiously filmed.

I find it Ironic, that on the one hand, you ovbiously love Cap, and all that Entails...However,

Im also a naturist,who has worked in Bona fide naturist camps in France...Cap dag back in the seventies/eighties was the place to be for bona-fide naturists,and there families...., Where displays of a sexual nature,back then, would get you booted out at the drop off a hat! Montalivet CHM/Euronat/La Jenny etc being the same !!!
Present day Cap is nothing but a perverts playground/Masquerading as a naturist town.....Swingers and sexual deviants have taken over the place! And you know it....

So who is worse...The guy walking along the beach with a cam?...or the hundreds of swingers and sexual deviants putting on shows for the assembled onlookers up in the dunes?...one and the same....

You are totally wrong, and before I start a little about myself so it is clear where I am coming from. My partner and I have been to Cap twice a year for the past four years – we are naturist swingers.
Cap is quite successful is separating straight naturists from naturist swingers; there are unwritten rules on the beach for whichever category one falls into. There is no way that children could accidently stray into the swingers area – if a child walked along the beach, firstly it would be bad-parenting for the child to be unaccompanied and secondly I am sure any ‘action’ would stop until the child either passed or turned around. In the evening people wear fantastic outfits but they are only covering up what had been seen on the beach during the day and it is again the responsibility of the parents to ensure their kids are not exposed (excuse the pun) to adult behavior. The night clubs don’t open until 11pm, I assume to ensure that there are no kids around. Additionally, most of the children reside in the campsite anyway and there is nothing untoward allowed there. The area around the port is swinger-friendly, the area around 1664 is very straight; so you choose where you go, you don’t have to see the swinger side of the village unless you want to – it Is a good setup.
Your comments seem to be condemning swinging which, when done as a couple is completely honest – both partners know what is happening and there is no dishonesty or deceit involved which is always the case in the, apparently more acceptable alternative, of having an affair which usually leads to major problems. It amazes me that the general public seems to accept extra-marital affairs as being quite normal, but if both partners agree to have other sexual partners, then that is shocking and disgusting! Whilst I am on my soap-box, it seems to me that swinging is now one of the last life-styles where it is OK to discriminate against; gays are seen as normal and rightly so, but if you want to have a heterosexual experience with a member of the opposite sex, then, just because you have signed a marriage certificate, it is seen as deviant – your words!
Anyway, my issue was not with anything that happens at Cap, we are all adults, it was the perverted, peeping-Tom act of filming people who are unaware that they are being filmed and then posting those films on the internet. I work in the Middle East and Cap is an oasis (again excuse the pun) of liberation, but I would lose my job if my face was seen in one of these films.

The people in the dunes are hurting no one at all. The sad deviant (you perhaps? Again your words) who wants to film holiday-makers without their knowledge may hurt many; he is also breaking a written and unwritten rule of both naturism and swinging by taking pictures without the subject’s permission.
