I appear to be in the minority here but as a woman I really do prefer neatly cut.

I do anesthesia. We see a fair number of men in their 70s and 80s who have a stricture of their foreskin and difficulty peeing and retracting their foreskin. friend of mine is 70 & has just had to have a circumcision op for tight foreskin reasons affecting his ability to pee and being unable to clean his prepuce properly.
