This looks like the "Red and Black" Balle during Carnivale. It's a huge party (I was there) with thousands of sweaty naked women and teen and college girls -- yum, yum. Yes, there are brothels where you can do that -- but the really HOT chicks, the non-regular hookers -- they play the game too if you're smart. These college girls and even High School chicks are poor and need to pay tuition, buy clothes, whatever -- plus they're looking for some fun. They know for two weeks rich tourists will be in town. So, they go down to the beaches and clubs and try to hook up with an ugly fat rich guy who will treat them nice and spend some money on them for a few days, buy them a dress, or maybe a meal. Believe me -- they'll hit you up for cash at some point -- but it's not like prostitution. They are piss poor and realize if they need to suck and fuck a little to pay their college tuition, why not?
