I don't know how realistic this would be, but I would like to see mods create a limit on photo sizes here. I have a very fast computer and mobile device, but an image size of 7000 x 4416 takes a very long time to load. It's very easy to shrink photos on any computer, my photo browser even does it. Shrinking a photo down to a manageable size won't affect the quality in a discernible way, especially when the original is so large to begin with.
