what is the best hotel to voyeur from my own window to another hotel window in vegas? or any other city for that matter? san diego? san antonio? san francisco? aren't the hotels in vegas pretty close to each other so that a person can sit in his own room and with a pair of binoculars...be able to see to another hotel window?

My guess would be to stay in the Bellagio facing The Cosmopolitan. The Cosmo has a lot of rooms with balconies, and the young crowd there does a lot of flashing and other stuff on those balconies. Especially Thurs-Sat night, late into the morning hours, after they come back from the clubs drunk off their asses.

Like Squirrel mentions, the hotels with balconies are prime places to see late night fun. In addition to the Cosmopolitan is Imperial Palace/The Quad. Most of the other hotels, their windows are meant to see out, but not in.
