I would too... but I STILL can't figure out how.

I don't think it's possible for me. I suspect that I'm missing a menu item.

What I have in the top right (where everyone says that rating threads is supposed to be is:

and below that is:

Control Panel FAQ Members List New Posts Search Quick Links Log Out

And nothing else.

Many months ago we were having problems with people abusing the thread rating system. So we choose to make thread rating a "members only" option. Right now, only people with access to the video forums can rate threads.
