It seems to mee that this is in Memphis with the characteristic Hernando de Soto bridge in the background.
The Mississipi river is well known for its floods.

This has been located at the Steinway factory in Astoria, NY. I kept looking for the showrooms.

Looks like it could New York but that's just an educated guess, trying to pick out those tall buildings is like a needle in a haystack there.

I do think it is NYC, because I've seen pics of these girls in Central Park. I was hoping someone could say something like that's the "Johnson Building on 69th St." so I could verify the location.
