Anyone recognize this artwork? Whether it is a statue, mural, carving, or whatever, where is it?

The picture of Soccermom in front of "The Alley Cat" was in Dana Point, CA



I'd been stumped by this one before, but I couldn't resist your challenge.The store is no longer there, but I found a seven year old webpage that listed it's location (and logo):

Are you sure you are talking about the correct pic? The woman standing in front of the statue of the shaking of hands. If so, where in DC is this statue?

Thanks to Crispus who showed that this pic is a composite (note the division between grass and sand); the statue is Maillol's "l'Air" in the Tuileries garden, Paris
