Try going through the "Girls Caught Peeing" thread, I'm sure there are some shots of exactly what you are looking for. If not then there are loads of pics of girls peeing in bar/nightclub toilets that are questionable on the cleanliness front if that helps. Actually thinking about it the "Girls Caught Peeing In Urinals" thread might come up with more along the lines of what you're looking for.
