Yes that story's fake
I created that image for my old website years ago. Found those pics on an old personal Geocities site, and that pic is my condensed version of them. Being the naive jackass then, I emailed the girl that posted them asking for more pics, and she immediately took the whole site down! I don't have the originals anymore, those were the days...
