Anyone got any backstory on this?

It seems..not for sure...just an assumption...like it could be that video from MTV's show about school pranks and such, where a class went on a trip to canada for a field trip and the underage students(Underage in america, of age in canada) went to the bar and the chicks danced on the bar..the video was confiscated(sp) from what they said on the show. but I'm not 100% sure.
