I'd say yes, you are correct. And maybe we ought to look for repeaters among that trio from 2011 she was a part of..

EDIT: OK, in fact, it was already pointed out that the girl in brown (middle girl of the 2011 trio) was also a repeater. So.......(Drum roll please).....its award time again! Find me that slim beauty in blue on the right in that 2011 trio pic. Find her in 2012! She almost seems to be built like Pedro's hi res blue girl (post 77), but the face is different. If you are successful, you will be justly rewarded...

I think she is supposed to be "Wendy" (Peter Pan). She was Alice two years ago when the lavender fairy (one of my favorites over the years) was the Queen of Hearts. The lady who was the Good Witch last year rode again this year but I've only seen two pictures of her (would like to see more). Nice call tvbert! Please post more Glenda/Little Red Riding Hood especially painting party pics, and from behind if possible. She is my favorite this year as inner tube girl seemed to miss the ride.

So I tracked down more info on the "ENF girl" who was seen covering her crotch at Gasworks. She's actually a unicyclist, which explains the excessive paint wear in the crotch area--no hands means more friction. It also means that we won't see any photos of her standing during the ride. Apparently she figured out she was in trouble, paint-wise, pretty early on in the ride, as the video linked below shows her covering up as best she could during the parade. The first pic is also a screen grab from that same video.

The rest are other pics I found of her. None of them are the shot we're all looking for. Even though we've already seen her exposed at the painting party (above), now that I know how self-conscious she was about the disappearing paint, I really want to see more post-ride pics.

You'll notice that even when she isn't covering up there isn't much to see, because of the way one sits on a unicycle. As pleasant as it is to imagine that pelvis grinding into the seat, it doesn't provide much of a view.

A few more pre- and post-ride pics. They're from users already posted here, and some look similar to other photos we've seen, but I'm not getting repeats on any filenames so I think they haven't been posted yet.

Notice you can see in the second-to-last pic that the unicyclist is standing behind the zebra guy. So there could definitely be uncovered standing pics of her still to come.
