fair enough. well, the site is currently set up at 19.99 lifetime rebills. that way those who want to join for a month and download everything possible, then cancel can pay 29.95 while those who stay on board are going straight to 19.99 rebills.... that is my logic as an owner who built this from ground up... dropping straight down to 10 bucks cheaper is not something i am ready to do...i honestly bust ass recruiting. i don't take the easy route by hiring agency girls and i feel that what i accomplish is at least worth the initial 29.95 which is what most of the amateur sites charge while offering footage of "pro amateurs" or agency girls who are on 10 other sites as well. my exclusivity and honest recruiting is what i am selling..even if i don't have all the bells and whistles that the big guys do... i hope i don't sound stuck up with this response. i just believe that what i do is worth a little more... even if it is just the initial sign up fee

If I may, given the quit after one month lifecycle, Id say 25 and fifteen. Fifteen may keep them on for a few months. 25 gets em in the door. Elasticity of demand.

Two different places

1) Not joined and without old content

2) joined and have dl all old content with promise of new in one month.

Ask what is the cu thinking at 1 and at 2.


Also costs per item sold is a factor. 'Cost of goods sold'. If each item costs you 10 dollars vs 10 cents than price is effected accordingly.

The initial cost (paid shoot) can be spread over each later sale.

4 people buy at 50 = 200.

20 people buy at 20 = 400.

The magic is measuring demand. I suggest lowering price until the increase in number of new members levels out. In other words the point at which no new members will join is the optimum price. Some will never join no matter what the price.

Stated differently if you lower prices by 5 and see a large jump then price is too high. If you see yet again a large jump at five less and so on. When the jump declines than go back to where you were before and ouila.

Id also monetize the site. Margin ads bugs no one. Just so long as none of the ads lead to harmful sites.

my issue is too many times i have paid for sites that sucked. $30 is a bigger dice roll than i am willing. your site, oth, is first rate. everything you say it is. its worth 30=, actually.
but... still, it was a dice roll. i would nt know if i was scammed til after the moeny was given.
but now i've seen it all. its not worth 30 at this point. maybe in a few months, when there is more updates.
but i would have renewed for $20.
for $20, i'm just too lazy to go thru the half dozen clicks it takes to cancel, and would stayed enrolled in a cool site i enjoy.

i'm not telling you to lower your rates. i'm just explaining to you how my mind works, because i think i am not alone in this way of thinking (flawed? maybe. but i been scammed too often.)

as for its kind: you have every right to be proud of what you've provided because your site is hands down the best i have ever seen. i want it to succeed, and i will be back to help, but at a later date.
(i'm not big on 'click-download-save' everything. very few things end up saved for re-viewing at a later date.)

maybe you haven't joined in a while? i do streaming now and am currently converting all the older stuff to streaming as well... and i think if you go through this thread and the stepmodels hardcore thread, it won't be hard to see what the site offers. i don't think scam should have even been in your last post being that i have posted over and over here ...anyways, i think this went from someone saying they wished i was still at 19.99 to people thinking i might be hurting for money. the site is 2 years old and i think the easiest way of putting it is that right now i have no reason to lower the price. i believe i'm worth what i offer and not everyone is going to agree. the things i do are simply to grow and i have already grown further than i ever imagined. i'm living a very comfortable life compared to when i launched. i'm going to keep building content and am in no rush to do anything extreme with the price. the simple truth about rebills is simply that i need to be bigger, but as long as i am bringing these exclusive girls, that will happen in time... thanks for the advice guys.

it depends on when you joined. if you joined at the 19.95 special, the rebills stay at 29.95. if you joined before that, you are automatically on the loyalty program that gets you down to 14.95 gradually after 4 or 5 months, then stays there for as long as u are a member. if you want the lifetime rebills of 19.99, then yes, i would recommend joining again if you are on a continual 29.95 rebill plan

i think this thread is starting to get cluttered with talk about price, billing etc. from now on, please direct those questions to me at email@step1models.com or private message me. that way this thread stays true to just the videos and the girls. i doubt the majority of the members here want to watch us chat back and forth about price.
