Can't "Manage Attachments"? (Back in Business, For Now)

For some reason I find myself unable to add attachments to my posts. Did I break a rule, is this an internal glitch, or do y'all just not like me anymore?

The Moderators are aware of this issue. However, only Alex can fix it, so we'll all have to be patient and wait for him to get online.
