And? Without impugning your professionalism, surely there have to be occasions where a female client is more than just a little damp down below... with or without panties.

The typical clientele are middle aged women with a lot of money and husbands beginning to lose interest in their partners. I also do sports injuries and those clients tend to be considerably younger.
