just remembered something funny from a trip to Europe I took years ago. We were on a tour bus with alot of college age people (myself included at the time) going from Munich to I believe Dachau. I'm 'cut', and in the UK it's relatively rare. Had it done for medical reasons aged 14 (phimosis).
