For those of you who want to see a bit more of the current Mrs Billy Connolly, she has a couple of good scenes in 'Stand Up Virgin Soldiers'. the full film is up on Daily Motion, but I can't download it to edit, so go to Google, type in the film title and click on the top result. Wind on to 51.40 when it starts with two girls having to climb a wall. If you want to see her topless, just go straight to 58.00
A quick response to susansusan. The first bare breasts on British TV were in a documentary about strippers in 1965. By the early 1970s, plenty of shows had the odd topless shot, and even the Dave Allen comedy show in the 1970s had female frontal nudity, so in 1980 when Pamela Stephenson shed her bra, this caused no big waves. Also the comment Its like until recently a person COULD be nude in a British stage play- as long as they didn't move. Absurd!!. It depends what you mean by recently. In 1968, theatre censorship was abolished and plays like 'Hair' and 'Oh Calcutta' exploited full frontal nudity from then on, and there was plenty of movement. I saw a play in London in the 1970s and there were at least half a dozen fully naked girls running around - and this was a legitimate play in a comedy theatre -not some shady club.
