Baker 13

Ok, here is a new campus event for you - new to me anyway, but not to Flanker7 who alerted me to it in Pedro's ordinary girl thread.

The event takes place TWICE A MONTH on Rice University's campus in Houston, Tx. I've seen a pic or two before, but didn't know from where they came. The tip off - SHAVING CREAM! The event is a nightime streak featuring coed nudity and shaving cream and is called Baker 13.

And since it is held so often, it would be a shame to only have these three pics on the net. Lets see some more pics!

Some do it in blue paint. Some do it in shaving cream. For the cream, just get out your garden hose. The girls in that first pic above especially need to get hosed down. Texas's finest slim beauties!

It's nice to get more information about it. I remember one picture i saw earlier somewhere else. I also think i read by that photo that the boys (and may be some girls too) were not afraid of drinking a beer.

On another thread Klondike hoped for new pics - well, this appears to be a new vid. Not great - mostly guys, etc., but new at any rate - I searched for it around here and didn't find it - sorry if it is a repost, blah blah blah. Question - why are reposts - especially if it's a pic or a series that was posted like 3 years ago - so awful? Honest question. Some people seem to think anyone who reposts something is a total idiot. But frequently I've missed those threads and appreciate the repost. Of course there are some things that are posted way too many times, but most seem to be rather excusable. Just curious.

cool, thanks! You can learn a lot more from vids than pics. Thats a lot of participants, for example. More than I expected.

The female count was OK by me. I'm not really that picky with these types of events.

So why aren't there more pics and vids out there from this event? If in fact it really IS held once a month...?

I want to keep this bumped because, frankly, after reading the description of Baker 13 below, I CANNOT understand why we don't have more visual evidence of this event on the net. Especially considering rule no. 5 below which states participants should "pose for all pictures". There is also mention of official pics and perv pics. SO WHERE ARE THEY ALL???

Here's how it goes: on the 13th, 26th, or 31st of the month at around (we're not too demanding) 10:15PM, the Baker Third Entrance door bursts open to the screams of "Thirteen! Join us! Thirteen!" followed by anywhere from 8 to 196 (!) naked, creamy males and females. The two big runs are Halloween (the record was in 1995, 196) and teh last run of the school year. Fewer people run in December and January, when it can get to be "this cold out." Ask a regular to tell you about this expression.

Anyway, we run out of the Third Entrance door, past the sode machines, and on to Wiess. "Cream! Wiess! Cream! Wiess!" And we do. And the first of many attacks starts. Wiess is pretty good about attacking us. Trashcans full of water, firehoses, super-soakers, and water balloons. And of course, when someone attacks you, you are allowed to attack back. One of the most noble and highly regarded things one can do as a runner is to attack the wielder of the fire hose and turn it on the attackers. After Wiess, it's on to Hanszen. "It's 10:25 and Hanszen STILL SUCKS!" Hanszen tends to be pretty lame.

Sid is next. Sid is nice to us, they use warm water. On those cold runs, nothing beats getting doused with a bucket of nice warm water. And on more than one occasion, they've had coffee and donuts available. I'm sure they didn't expect a bunch of naked people to pillage their study break, but hey, they should have planned for it. After Sid, it's Will Rice. "Real! Nice! College!" Then on to Lovett. After Lovett, we line up single file, military style, and count off.

President Gillis' house is next. He is "the man." He greets us every time with a handshake, sometimes even candy. We chat with him for a little while, and then it's off to Jones East (aka Brown). We pick a couple of floors to pillage there. Beware the other floors attacking from the stairwell. From Jones East, we head off to Brown North (or West) (aka Jones).

Sometimes Jones South puts up a good fight, more often there is no one to be seen. Some voyeurs usually yell at us from Jones North. From there, we go to Ryon and Mudd to greet the poor losers who have nothing better to do than sit in front of a computer all night. The next stop is Valhalla, the grad student bar (incidentally, Valhalla is a great hangout at other times as well). They give us free beer and other beverages (hey, how could we carry ID?) And then it's on to Fondren for the memorial service for the Thirteen Martyr: John Hunter. Ask a regular about this as well. Then body prints on the Fondren windows. Then back to Baker, with an air of reverence and respect for this highly-regarded Rice tradition. That's it, it's over. You've done your part. And you will want to do it again and again...

Baker 13 is fairly anarchistic, but there are rules that must be followed to avoid dire consequences. The reading of the rules precedes every run, and to violate them is to risk death and dismemberment by the regulars. They're quite simple, actually.

1. Don't attack unless attacked.
2. Glass only; no stone, brick, cars, or computers.
3. Always keep the most important part of your body covered-- YOUR FACE! <--- not strictly true, bare runs are quite accepted
4. Stop at all stop signs. <--- very important
5. Pose for all pictures.
6. THERE IS NO RULE NUMBER 6!

Which reminds me, there is usually an "official" picture taken of each run, on the steps of Valhalla. Sometimes perverts take pictures along the way, as well. Anyway, JOIN US! Run 13! Meet at 10PM in the BBQ pits.[END QUOTE]

Alright so they all start naked just wearing shaving cream then as they run various groups throw things at them, mainly water items and spray water at them? This just might be the best public nude event ever. I'm going to start searching for pictures.
