Picture 1 is Betty Monroe from "El amor no es como lo pintan" From what I understand, the show is a rip off of Ugly Betty.

That's partly correct. Alot of what your describing is from another series who's name escapes me. Here's the full episode in excruciating 240p:

Actually, there are parts missing from that clip. The girl in the boots loses her pants...of that I'm almost certain (she was wearing white panties). That's why she's wearing a smock after being "rescued". I guess I combined scenes from two different television programs. There's a very similar scene in another show that features two girls being stripped by a group of angry women (in response to their friend being stripped), who have to walk out through a crowded restaurant in their underwear.
