The sexiness almost completely evaporates when you see she really does look creeped out, and the guy just keeps moving around to her front, and she keeps having to turn her back to him until dressed. I'm all for videos of a cute chick bobbing and bouncing topless through NYC, but this guy kinda needs a subtle punch on the nose, if for nothing else than ruining it for the rest of us (for a little while anyway).

It's possible she was getting ready to walk into starbucks or something, which was right behind her. Private establishments can kick you out for doing this if they want. But, yes, he was creepy for following her and then sticking to her the entire time.
