It is legal for women to walk around topless in NYC

Women sometimes do it to draw attention to issues and others to draw attention to themselves.

She is about average for the protestors.

Sometimes you can see an advertising shoot with A+ models.

Sometimes really hot girls do it to draw attention to issues=PETA ect.

One black women as a so called art project use to do fully nude films of her walking around ares like the meat packing district and other low traffic areas.

Another women, a white women just did topless stuff, probably for a paysite. I saw a clip once of her on the subway.

Before flash mobs a photographer use to get people to show up somewhere like wall street get naked real flash nd shoot some photos. He was a real artist named Spencer Tunick.

I actually thought about going but overslept.

Some girls would get topless at some of the summer bands events in central park but it stopped because it was considered bad manners as it was day time and there were kids present.
