Its Lake Havasu, Arizona. Everytime I went I flew into Las Vegas and then drove a rental car about 2hrs to Havasu. The party in the pictures takes place Memorial Day weekend (best), July 4th, and Labor Day weekend (2nd best). There are a bunch of hotels/motels in the town along the Colorado River where the event takes place. It lasts the whole weekend (Sat and Sun being the best). There's also a lot of nightlife, the main hotspot being "KokoMos" in one of the main hotels (forget the name). I sucked on a girls boobie there, much to the pleasure of a cheering crowd  Be advised: Its not a good idea to just show up. You need to make hotel reservations in advance (like now). You'll also need to reserve a rental boat to get to the location where the party takes place (unless you want to risk hitching a ride, which is difficult for guys). They call it the "sandbar" which is about a 25 min boat ride down the river from the hotels. Its easy to find. Just follow the 1,000 boats that flock there from 9am-11am. Everyone drives back at about 5pm and gets some sleep before hitting Kokomos for some heavy drinking at night. Repeat procedure the next morning. If anyone needs more info feel free to PM me.
