Its Lake Havasu, Arizona. Everytime I went I flew into Las Vegas and then drove a rental car about 2hrs to Havasu. The party in the pictures takes place Memorial Day weekend (best), July 4th, and Labor Day weekend (2nd best). There are a bunch of hotels/motels in the town along the Colorado River where the event takes place. It lasts the whole weekend (Sat and Sun being the best). There's also a lot of nightlife, the main hotspot being "KokoMos" in one of the main hotels (forget the name). I sucked on a girls boobie there, much to the pleasure of a cheering crowd :)
Be advised: Its not a good idea to just show up. You need to make hotel reservations in advance (like now). You'll also need to reserve a rental boat to get to the location where the party takes place (unless you want to risk hitching a ride, which is difficult for guys). They call it the "sandbar" which is about a 25 min boat ride down the river from the hotels. Its easy to find. Just follow the 1,000 boats that flock there from 9am-11am. Everyone drives back at about 5pm and gets some sleep before hitting Kokomos for some heavy drinking at night. Repeat procedure the next morning.
