is there anyway to pay for this site without using a credit card?

If you are in the United States you can The One Click Pass "pay by phone" option.

If you are not in the United States, you can purchase a One Click Pass by Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

there debit cards also in italy that they are not connected with any checking account : they are rechargeable or prepaid !
An other alternative payment could be paypal !

If you have a Visa, Mastercard or Discover debit card it will still work. It doesn't have to be a credit card.

Unfortunately, Paypal has restrictions against using their service to pay for adult related products and services. So unless they loosen their policies, One Click Pass will not be able to accept Paypal.
