Graduation Gowns ripped off - from movie
I think this is from "Gas Pump Girls" - someone sticks the bottoms of some girls gowns to the floor, and as they step forward, they get ripped off. Cute ENF-ish reactions at first.

Great clip! There was also one in Porky's III, although with a guy. But it did have a good scene where some Swedish exchange student (played by a Playboy Model), flashed the guys showing she had nothing on beneath her robe before she went on stage.
