I tried to get a pass using my previous username but got a message saying it did not exist, so I registered a new one and am getting the same message with that, despite the fact that I am signed in to the site with it!
I found a thread with other people complaining about the same thing but could not add a post to it so had to start a new thread. |

Still no sign of a response, either to this thread or my support request. Looks like me and an unknown number of other people are still waiting.
Doesn't make sense - I can sign in to the site with my username and password but when I enter them to buy a pass it says they don't exist. Sorry you are having trouble. I know the system requires the e-mail address and password to match the forum membership details. Offhand, I can't see what is causing the problem.
I think the quickest & easiest solution will be to buy a pass with a new username. Then if you want us to change it for you to match your original username, just send us another message and we can merge the two usernames together into one membership. Note: You will need to login to the forum with your One Click Pass username for full access. |
