Water Marked Photos
Question to the Mods. . .
I have seen that some photos are removed and it is noted; ***** Watermarked Photo Removed ****** And I recently had one of my postings removed for that reason. How do you check, or better yet, what do you use to check if there is a watermark in the photo? If I ( and others) could check before we uploaded,( and found a photo watermarked and then NOT upload it ) . . . it would stop you from having to remove the photos. Just a thought Blind Owl

You don't need any special tools, just your eyes.
 All you need to do is look at the photo before posting. Look for text written on the photo. If there is text with the name of a website or the URL of a website, the photo is watermarked and may not be posted here.

Duhhhhhhh, gotcha ! I thought you ment a "real" water mark,( Like in paper ) and yes I see that I missed the URL text. Sorry. Will try to be more observent next time
