In places where it is legally safe or there is a very low expectation of being on the wrong side of the law I will be prepared to go topless ... lawyers fees are expensive enough without it having to be at aboard rates.

lols ... though it does not mean I will ... if I cant see anyone else topless on a beach with other people on it I probably would not as I do not want to cause offence to a local custom as opposed to a legal law

Quite a few in the EU ... topless or even nudity is allowed ... I was also under the impression that parts of the US accept it in certain places ... some of the islands in the Caribbean do to ...

Can't wait to get the wife on the topless beaches and maybe the FKK ones too.

She's only done it twice so it will take some convincing and seeing other females topless/nude around us helps lots.
