Default E! Pretty Wild
The editing crew at E! went pretty light on the censoring in this one. It's from an episode of Pretty Wild, some new reality show that just started that follows two girls Tess (19) and Alexis (18) as they do random things in Hollywood etc.

E! Online clip can be found here.
