Go to
User Control Panel and under
Your Control Panel (on the left side of the screen) you should see
Edit Avatar. Just click that and upload a photo (make sure
Use Custom Avatar is selected). After it's uploaded click
Save Changes and you're done. Don't worry about the size of the photo, it will automatically be re-sized.
