I downloaded the clip with the Real Player Download Manager and uploaded it to easyshare (like i did with 150 other clips before...). After I read your comments I tried to download it from easyshare and it worked perfect. I can watch the movie (downloaded from easyshare) with Real Player without any problems.
.ivr is for Internet Video Recording. I tried to convert it to some other format but infact till now all my programms don't recognize this format. I will continue to try.

Well, looking into it more it might of been some sort of software glitch on my end. I tried to download it using Prism Video Converter (so I could download it and convert it at the sametime), that might of been the reason why it installed that IVM program. Prism Video Converter has install updates from time to time, the .ivr file type might of trigged an update to install the IVM Answering Attendant.
No fault to you, sorry for misunderstanding on my part.
