Reposts are bound to happen, especially when dealing with photos. It's a lot harder to do a search and find similar photos as it is to do with videos, which of course have a title to search by.
If a member feels like a set of pictures are great and wants to start a new thread for them then there isn't anything wrong with that.....as long as the pictures aren't taken from a previous thread.
Don't let one member with a semi-negative comment towards your post turn you off to contributing. He could of simply replied saying it was posted before and showed the various links where the pictures are already posted. If any pictures are reposted they will just be deleted accordingly, no harm no foul.
