If you don’t want to, you don’t need to use the textile area downstairs at all - you can go directly upstairs to the sauna area. It has its own locker room - unfortunately not mixed, which is unusual. But the whole sauna area is very relaxed with nudity.

I was in Frankfurt a couple of weeks ago and went to Taunus Therme on a Monday evening.
It was good but not great. Basically a 5:1 ratio of men to women, and the couple of F only saunas reduces interactions further.
That said, there were some nice memories banked:
Went into a sauna, middle aged Asian woman in there on her own laying down flat on the middle bench. I sat on the top level and enjoyed the view of the shaved pussy and C cups with erect nipples.
