Agreed on all points.
But for pictures posted here, and removed from here, there was probably something else going on. Like an owner of the pics contacting admin to remove them. Or underage content. Something like that. We all know that Alexa was above age. So more than likely an owner contacted admin and it was removed. Which I will never ever dispute . It is what it is.
