One thing I failed to mention is that something very similar to this happened to me. My wife's friend, Sandra, was staying with us because of some work on her house, what we didn't know was that she was an alcoholic. Sandra went with us to a bar to meet some friends for drinks, when it was too late, he noticed that Sandra was pretty drunk, coherent, but pretty drunk. We took her back home with us and on the way, yep, she vomited in my car, when we got home my wife took her in while I cleansed up the car, it wasn't too bad, she got it on herself mostly.
My wife took her in the bathroom to wash her up, I was a little pissed, so I got a drink to relax, not very long before my wife called me, I went to the bathroom, my wife said to get in there to help her. Sandra was nude and my wife was trying to give her a shower, I suggested to just let her sit down, a bath would be easier. Sandra had a much nicer rack than I expected, but I watcher her while my wife got more towels and her clothes.
We got her clean, Sandra woke for a while, saw me and got made a comment about why was I there. I held her up, my wife dried her off, we gave up on dressing her, so we put her in bed as she was and covered her up. We were worried that she might vomit again and aspirate it, since I'm a light sleeper, I decided I better sleep in the other bed in the room.
My wife and I were having coffee when Sandra woke up, she had put some clothes on, but she got a cup and sat with us. She was upset with my wife for letting me see her naked, she said she wasn't that drunk, an tiff ensued, the word **** was thrown out and my wife asked her to pack up and leave.
Luckily it never turned into a police report, on of our other friends who was at the bar said Sandra had called her expressing outrage, this friend told her off, told her that she was very drunk and that she was lucky to have friends who took care of her. Sandra did apologize, but I would be very reluctant to get involved in rescuing a drunk again.
