Like Squirrel mentions, the hotels with balconies are prime places to see late night fun. In addition to the Cosmopolitan is Imperial Palace/The Quad. Most of the other hotels, their windows are meant to see out, but not in.

My guess would be to stay in the Bellagio facing The Cosmopolitan. The Cosmo has a lot of rooms with balconies, and the young crowd there does a lot of flashing and other stuff on those balconies. Especially Thurs-Sat night, late into the morning hours, after they come back from the clubs drunk off their asses.

Thanks Squirrel. Out of all of the Vegas pics I have seen, the ones from the Topless Pool areas, like Bare at Mirage, are my favorites. I do hope you have more pics you can share with us!
