The size estimates of the Philly ride are somewhere around 2,000. I don't think that's official, since they don't do a complete count video like Chicago, but I think it's a fair estimate seeing some of the overhead shots. So inflation aside, put it somewhere around 1,500 to 2,000. That's the same size as the Chicago ride, but with the added bonus that at least the first half is in dusk/twilight, and fully light out for the painting party.
So as far as North American rides, it's in a rough tie with Chicago for second place, and first in terms of what we could broadly consider "daytime" rides.
