I've been trying out Linux, and I haven't found a good screen capping program. I plan to go back to XP pretty soon.

VLC media player makes caps with the greatest of ease.

Do recommend sticking with Linux - takes a while to get used to it but it's well worth it in the end.

Too late, I'm back to XP. I found Linux a pain in the ass! I prefer Media Player Classic.

Linux is a pain in the ass, but if you set up your computer to dual-boot you can use it most of the time, and switch to windows when you're getting pissed.

That had been my original plan. But, somehow I ended up wiping out Windows, along with all my ENF videos!!:-(:-(
