To me, that is topless bull riding, not naked!!!!:D

There are cars parked on the other side of the fence. It makes it look like a "drive-in" :)

I didn't know there were any places where one could park their car and watch naked (Ok, topless) girls riding a bull.

OK, maybe you can only see them over the fence when they get thrown high into the air. Even then, though - it might be worth it..:)
