its a cool drawing - but nothing more.
An x-ray wouldn't look like that - seems more along the lines of a study of anatomy - it is a neat drawing though.
As for the two guys - you can't tell - looks like short hair but the artist might have left hair off since he went for the x-ray motif.

Who said it was an X-Ray? It is a legit image- not an illustration or "drawing", but rather an MRI. And it certainly is two men, the buzz cut hair and the brow line were enough for me but the presence of an Adam's Apple seals the deal.

Only two problems with that being an MRI - Firstly the difference in depth of the image - you see brain of one person and only skin of another. And no - trust me I deal with MRI's enough in my job - thats not positioning. And it isn't a composite.

Second and the big one - Both CT scans and MRI's are cross sectionals. Very cool image though. Actually at one of the hospitals I work at a radiology tech got caught taking X-rays of him and his girlfriend having sex - he forgot to remove them from the digital history of the lab and got caught on the next machine review - talk about getting shafted.

Cute, but randomdark is right, its a fake. The whole thing would be a cross-section, not just one person. Any more? This is interesting. :-)
