I have a couple of good vids like this, but they're either (semi-)professional (Nadine Jensen and Dawn'sPlace) or watermarked. It is one of my favorite subjects but it's so hard to find good vids or even pics of it.

As to the BK girl, I've posted the only 2 videos that I have of her. Unfortunately, I have no idea where I came across them. Sorry.
